Janet Law
Janet is an artist who works primarily in graphic design and illustration.
She graduated from the University of Utah and Utah State University in visual arts, graphic design and advertising design. She earned her master's degree at Utah State University in Instructional Technology.
After graduation, Janet began her career creating stained glass windows, and this is where her love for design and color grew.
She raised a family while working as a graphic designer and illustrator, creating logos, signage, posters, and advertising for businesses and institutions throughout Utah, such as Crumb Brothers Artisan Bread, Utah State University, Logan Regional Hospital, SnoShack, and others.
Some of her favorite years were spent teaching at Mount Logan Middle School. Janet worked with Art Department Head John Westenskow, to create an environment where students learned to tap into their own creative talent, see the value of design in everyday life, and love art! In the 2011-2012 year alone, students in art classes at Mount Logan Middle School won the following competitions with unique and original designs:

- Doodle for Google nationwide design contest, State Finalist, sponsored by Google
- Make Your Mark statewide bookmark design contest, first place, sponsored by Utah Educational Savings Plan and Zion's National Bank; prize was $1,000 scholarship for student
- Bear River Celebration Free Fishing Day, Cache Valley-wide logo design contest, first place, sponsored by Utah State University Extension
- Safety in the Workplace poster design, honorable mention, sponsored by Utah Labor Commission
- Cache Humane Society poster contest, first place, sponsored by Cache Humane Society
